ROOM SERVICE

At the Albany Marriott internship i was in the room service department. The mission of this department is to bring all guest orders to them in a timely fashion. The goals of are to help out the company in any way possible. There are many challenge of this department one to dealing with the difficult guest. Also to make sure that none of there order get made wrong and having the guest complain. The experience that would help me do this job is good personal skills. The thing i did most today was stocked self's and the cooler. The sever Basic of the day was stay fixable.
