Marriott

On Tuesday December 2, when i went to the Marriott i was with Collen. Collen was in the department called AYS. Collen sit and answer the phone all day. Also makes reservation for people. Making sure that every stay is just the way they want it. Many people call form their rooms and tell her if they need something. some of these things are room severs and or something that needs to be fixed with there room. the ays is like one of the main parts of the hotel and most of the calls come to the AYS department .
